Paid Sooner policies

Terms of service

Effective 11 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Paid Sooner, provided by Vespera Capital Limited, trading as Vespera Digital. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.

Who may use Paid Sooner

Paid Sooner is provided to businesses. The person who creates an account confirms that they may act for the business, which is responsible for everything done under its account.

Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns.

Subscriptions

Paid Sooner is sold as a monthly subscription. The plan, its price and its limits are shown before you subscribe. Founding prices are held for as long as the subscription continues without a break. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Refunds follow the billing and refunds page.

Your accounting data and your messages

You connect your accounting platform and you choose the schedules, tones and customers Paid Sooner follows. Reminders are sent under your name, on your instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for making sure your reminders comply with the law that applies to your business and your customers.

Acceptable use

Do not use Paid Sooner to send messages that are misleading, harassing or unlawful, to pursue amounts that are not genuinely owed, to reach another customer’s data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Ownership

Vespera Capital Limited owns the Paid Sooner software, its design and its documentation. You own your data and your messages, and grant us only the rights needed to provide the service to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Paid Sooner available and to give notice of planned maintenance where we can. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell subscribers before a material change takes effect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Paid Sooner in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
