Paid Sooner

Your invoices, chased. Your relationships, intact.

Paid Sooner watches what falls overdue in Xero or QuickBooks Online, writes each reminder in your voice, escalates on a schedule you set, and stops the moment a customer replies or pays. You see what it collected.

Founding places open soon, in order of request.

The problem

Your accounting software already sends reminders. Here is what it cannot do.

Xero and QuickBooks reminders send the same template to every customer at fixed intervals. A slow but loyal client gets the same note as a stranger who has never paid on time.

When a customer writes back to say the invoice is with their finance team, the platform does not know, and the next reminder goes out anyway. And while you can see what is outstanding, you cannot see which reminder got paid, how long each customer takes, or how your days sales outstanding moved this quarter.

In your voice

Reminders that sound like you, sent under your name.

Three steps by default: friendly, direct, final. Every message is drafted for you, sent under your name and replies to your own inbox. You can read every draft before it goes, and set a different pace for a customer who needs one.

It listens

A reply pauses the sequence. Payment ends it.

When a customer answers, the sequence stops and the reply lands in your inbox, so no one receives a reminder about an invoice they have already explained. When the invoice is paid, the sequence ends on its own.

It reports

See what the chasing collected.

A single page shows cash collected, which reminder got paid, who is slowest to pay and what late payment is costing you.
