This notice covers the website at vespera-org.com, operated by Vespera Capital Limited, trading as Vespera Digital, in Nairobi, Kenya. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, linked from its page, because each product collects different things.
Browsing the site
You can read every page without telling us who you are. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking code. Its typefaces are served from our own domain, so reading a page does not send your details to a font provider.
Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps short technical logs of requests, such as the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time. Those logs exist to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and we do not use them to identify visitors.
Writing to us
The contact form does not send anything from this website. It prepares your message and opens it in your own email app, addressed to the right inbox, and nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself. When you write to us, we receive what you send: usually your name, your email address and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which processes messages for us under its terms for business customers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation continues and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@vespera-org.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change how the website handles personal data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this notice and its date before the change takes effect.
