This page explains how to close a Paid Sooner account and what happens to the data.
How to delete your account
- Cancel your subscription from your account, so no further payment is taken.
- Disconnect Paid Sooner from Xero or QuickBooks Online in that platform’s connected apps settings.
- Delete your account from your account settings, or write to support@vespera-org.com from the email address on your account with the subject Account deletion request.
What happens next
Your account, your connection details and the invoice and customer records Paid Sooner holds are deleted within 30 days of your request.
What we keep
Invoices and the payment records the law requires Paddle and us to keep for tax and accounting, and the correspondence needed to show that the deletion was requested and carried out.
