This page explains how Docs In subscriptions are billed, cancelled and refunded.
How you are billed
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. You are charged monthly in advance, in your local currency, with tax added where it applies. Paddle issues your invoices and your card statement will show Paddle.
Money back guarantee
Founding subscriptions carry a 30 day money back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your first payment and the full amount is refunded, no questions asked.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and Docs In remains available until then. After the guarantee period, payments for a month that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
How to ask for a refund
Write to support@vespera-org.com from the email address on your account, or contact Paddle through paddle.net using the details on your receipt. Paddle processes every refund, back to the original payment method. Nothing on this page affects any right to cancel you have under consumer law or Paddle’s buyer terms.
